It doesn’t matter if you have never driven a kart before – they are easy to handle. The event will be held in the north of England at a venue still to be decided so watch this space!  Automatic transmission means all you have to do is press the pedal and steer. They can reach speeds up to 40mph – and when you’re only inches off the tarmac, that feels pretty fast! But the speeds are governed to the track, the event has a 100% safety record – and helmets and race suits are supplied. If you can’t find three drivers yourself, David Hibbert can always find an extra driver to make a team – in fact he has been known to make up an entire team for a company, which wanted to sponsor the event, but couldn’t find anyone to take part!

Catering and food will be available. An electronic timing system with LCD screens will help you to keep on top of the positions as the day progresses and every driver gets a digital track timesheet to take home.
