Leave the buzz of the city behind and join thousands of your fellow cyclists as you face the challenge of a 54 mile journey on two wheels in your bid to raise hundreds of pounds for charity.
Record numbers are set to pull on their lycra and put their pedals to the test for Rainy Day Trust in the annual Do it for Charity London To Brighton Cycle Ride 2017!
Now is the time to sign up and support Rainy Day Trust who provide invaluable support to people that have worked in the home improvement industry. The money raised from this year’s London to Brighton cycle ride will go towards providing housing advice to those having to deal with difficulties in either rented or mortgaged properties.
Want to take on the challenge of the year?
Be it on a tandem, a race bike or even a chopper, from novices to experienced riders – everyone is welcome.
You will start the challenge from Clapham Common, travelling through idyllic country lanes as you ride though Mitcham, picturesque Carshalton, Chipstead, Banstead, Haywards Heath and finally finish on the colourful and bustling Brighton seafront!
No previous experience is required and with a bit of training, completing the event should easily be within your capabilities! Plus, with our training and fitness advice we expect you will be saddle-ready in no time at all. The spirit of the event is ‘taking part’ not ‘winning’ so you can go as fast or as slow as you like!
All you need to do is pledge to raise £100 for Rainy Day Trust and reserve your place by requesting and completing a registration form. Alternatively you can register online at:
