For over 180 years we’ve been the safety net when things go wrong. Now we’re doing more, preventing hardship before it happens, stepping in early when challenges emerge, and maintaining that vital safety net for people who need it most.

Questions we get asked most
You can view our full partnership pricing above. Associate membership starts from £495 per year for smaller businesses, with Bronze from £2,000, Silver from £3,500, Gold from £6,000, and Platinum from £12,000. All are scaled by organisation size and deductible against corporation tax.
Most partnerships are up and running within 2-4 weeks. We’ll guide you through every step, from communicating to your team to setting up your Ambassador Programme.
Yes, completely. All support accessed through Rainy Day Trust is confidential. Your employees engage directly with our team and delivery partners. Your organisation is never informed about individual cases.
Very little. Once you’re set up, the day-to-day commitment is minimal. If you choose to have a Workplace Ambassador, they typically spend around 2 to 3 hours per month, like a Mental Health First Aider.
Partnerships are on an annual basis. If your circumstances change, just get in touch and we’ll talk through the options.
Depending on your partnership level, employees can access financial guidance and debt advice, confidential counselling, workplace wellbeing campaigns, ambassador support, and emergency grants in times of crisis.
Yes. We work with independent retailers, national chains, and everything in between. Partnership pricing is scaled by organisation size to make it accessible to all businesses in the sector.
