What mental health support is available?
Talk to someone
Sometimes the hardest part is saying it aloud. Our online counselling service gives you a safe, confidential space to do exactly that, with a qualified counsellor who understands the pressures of working in our industry.
You’ll typically be seen within a week of getting in touch, with up to six free sessions available. Our counsellors offer flexible hours to fit around your working life, because getting support shouldn’t mean taking time off to do it.
Eligibility for support
